Workshops mapped to the Researcher Development Framework (RDF)
Workshops mapped against the UK's Researcher Development Framework (RDF)
The Researcher Development Framework (RDF) presents the characteristics (called descriptors) of an excellent researcher. There are a total of 63 characteristics (such as collaboration, communication methods, integrity, financial management, etc.). They have been grouped into four domains.
The RDF can be used by research staff to evaluate their current skillset and plan their personal development. All IAD researcher development workshops have been mapped to the RDF. You can find out more about these workshops here: A-Z Course List
