WordFinder is a subscription-based dictionary service for modern European languages. It provides more than 130 online dictionaries in 15 languages from world’s leading publishers. The bilingual dictionary packages are between following languages: Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish. The service can be accessed both online and offline. The link above provides easy, direct access to WordFinder Online. You can create a personal account to have a personalised web interface with your chosen dictionaries, and also to download the software WordFinder Pro for offline access as well as applications for mobile devices. Follow the steps below to create your personal account: 1) Click the ‘Personal account’ on the menu on top of the screen 2) Create a personal account with your UoE email address 3) You will receive a confirmation email, click on ‘Activate account’ 4) You can now log in to the personalised web interface from www.wordfinder.com - click the login link in the upper right corner |
