The E-reserve Service scans chapters and articles on behalf of course organisers, copyright law permitting, for use in teaching.

University Collections Facility Thesis Scanning
The Library offers an in-house scanning service for users requiring copies of University of Edinburgh theses for theses not available in the Edinburgh Research Archive.

uCreate Studio
uCreate Studio is located on the 1st Floor of the Main Library, and are the University of Edinburgh’s Community Makerspace. They offer equipment, advice, training, and support to help students make (almost) anything.

uCreate Self-Service
The uCreate Self-Service area is located on the 1st Floor of the Main Library, and offers students the chance print their own posters, use design software, and scan film and documents to high resolution.
