Ross gave a 3 minute presentation about his research to the Scottish Universities Life Sciences Alliance (SULSA) award panel under the theme of 'Understanding and treating disease'. He looks at effective, targeted therapies for people with fibrotic liver disease.

This prize allows exceptional postdocs to raise their profile in Scotland and have a prestigious award on their CV.  It includes a fully-funded tour of three Scottish Universities where the awardee will deliver a seminar and meet with staff in order to raise their profile around Scotland, and develop their independent networks.

Ross also received £2,000 of flexible funding for attending conferences and training courses, buying consumables, and visiting collaborators.

You can watch the presentation on the SULSA ECR Prize webpage, along with the other winning entries.
