IT support

Our IT support structure ensures that your queries are dealt with promptly regardless of where in the world you are.

The technical requirements for studying online with us are very limited but in the event of a problem, we are here to help.

You will have access to technology support staff located in the School of History, Classics and Archaeology, as well as from the University's central Information Services (IS).

As part of your MSc Programme induction, you will complete a range of activities to familiarise you with the University's systems and technologies before teaching begins. Support and guidance is available if you need any additional assistance.

IS Helpline

If your question or issue can’t be resolved using the website help section, we also offer IS helpline services which you can contact either by phone or using the online form.
