If you have a new question, drop us a line by completing an EdHelp Enquiry form.

If you have a question that is still awaiting a response, you can check its status in EdHelp. Launch the EdHelp service from the EdHelp webpage or MyEd > Click ‘Home’ in the top left corner (below the blue banner with the character) > Click the ‘My Questions’ tile > You should see your questions raised and by selecting one can read any responses and check the status of your question.

Please do not ask the same question again, if you are awaiting a response. EdHelp receives a large number of questions each day and this will only slow response times down to yourself and others.
