Publishing Flow Cytometry Data

Ensuring your flow cytometry data meets the recommended standard for publication.

The underlying requirement of any published scientific research is that the experimental work is reproducible.  Due to the almost unlimited panel combinations and as flow cytometers tend to have different specifications and configurations, it is important to ensure that the information provided is as detailed as possible.

To this end, the International Society for Analytical Cytometry have published the MIFlowCyt document to establish criteria to record flow cytometry experiments.
