Charging
The IMPACT facility is entirely self-funded and therefore an hourly charge is levied to cover the costs for service contracts, consumables and gas supply.
The charges are as in table 1 and are subject to periodical revisions: Same charge is applicable to assisted or un-assisted sessions.

* User groups are expected to contribute towards any maintenance or components replacement costs if needed.
Unfortunately, we can only guarantee these charges for 12 months as we will need to ensure that the annual income is sufficient to pay the running costs.
