Help with all aspects of using the library is available from the IS Helpdesk and on our webpages. If you are unable to find what you are looking for please contact us by telephone, email or visit us in person.
Please note that outside of staffed hours you can use our Ask a Librarian chat widget to get a faster response. Your online chat equiry will be handled by a Librarian from a different University through a partnership with OCLC.
The Ask a Librarian service is available Monday-Friday 8pm-9am and weekends 5pm-12noon.
