Staff EDI Matters
The University offers training and learning resources for staff around EDI.
The university has online training modules about equality, diversity and inclusion, which can be completed by any member of staff. They should each take well under an hour to complete. All staff are encouraged to complete them.
The University has a zero tolerance stance towards any form of bullying and harassment. The Respect at Edinburgh web hub has been created to bring together information and guidance on the Dignity & Respect policy, the processes for raising and addressing concerns, and the support and training available.

ACAS (the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) has information and resources about rights at work.
Education Support Partnership is a UK charity dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the entire education workforce with a 24-hour telephone line (08000 562 561) offering information, support and counselling. It also offers online chat or email advice.
