Why did you decide to fundraise for your chosen cause?
My sister died of multiple sclerosis (MS). As such neurological diseases have always held a special place in my heart. I know the MacDonald family, having taught Euan’s older brother, and admire Euan enormously for what he has done to promote research into this dreadful neurological disease.
How did you raise money?
My neighbourhood opened two of our gardens under Scotland’s Gardens Scheme and served home baking, tea and coffee. We shall open again in December 2022. These three openings are extraordinary as it is our Bicentenary year.
