Public Engagement
Our students and staff are passionate about communicating the importance and wonder of biomedical science and the role of the University in tackling global challenges.
We run a number of open access public courses, workshops and participate in a wide variety of external events with other organisations, schools and the wider community.
We are committed to ensuring all staff and students are working in a sustainable, socially responsible and healthy environment and actively promote a culture of respect, equality and diversity.
Working with Schools
Our BMS staff and students are actively involved in bringing science to schools and inspiring our next generation of scientists. Many of these events are organised through Edinburgh Neuroscience.
