The feedback you have provided will help the University shape its priorities around the things that matter to our people.
The full results of the survey will be presented to the University Executive in late March. The Principal and his senior team will consider the feedback and agree the University’s response. The Principal will be in touch with staff in the spring with an update on next steps.
Around the start of April, a wider group of senior leaders will receive access to a detailed dashboard of results for the College or Professional Services Group they work in. They will work together with their local management teams to ensure these results are shared, communicated and acted upon locally.
Staff will be given access to results for their School or department, and for the University as a whole, at the end of April. By this time, you may already have heard from your local management team about your area’s results and how you can have a say in shaping next steps.
