I am a Co-director of Froebelian Futures, an international training and research programme which aims to develop and deepen Froebelian pedagogy and leadership in Scotland and beyond. I also support research and teaching with the School of Education on Froebel, social justice and the early years. Alongside my University roles I work as a practitioner with young children at Cowgate Under 5s nursery in Edinburgh, Scotland's national Froebelian practice hub. I have a diverse leadership background in the arts, social justice and environmental sectors in Scotland. I have served on a number of third sector boards, and am the founder of the Scottish social change charity, Take One Action.
