Background

Ricki joined the Global Academy of Agriculture and Food Systems at the University of Edinburgh in 2023 as a Research Assistant. She is working on a project for Food Standards Scotland to analyse current consumption of meat and dairy products and micronutrient intake and health outcomes under different scenarios of reducing meat and dairy intake. Ricki is also supporting the DISH survey.

Previously, Ricki completed her MSc at the University of Glasgow focusing on the epidemiology of infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance.
