Background
Nikki has worked in a project environment for 20 years and has been with the University of Edinburgh for 15 years. She currently leads the University's strategic Short Courses programme and works closely with the Online Course Production service.
Nikki manages a team of Project/Programme Managers and Business Analysts, as well as the University's Educational Media Studio. Prior to joining the University, Nikki worked first as Project Support Officer and then as a Business Change Coordinator for the Registers of Scotland.
Nikki is a experienced presenter with over 10 years experience deliverying practical project management training to staff, students and researchers across the University.
Qualifications
Nikki holds a number of project and programme related qualifications including the APM Project Management Qualification, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Managing Benefits and Project and Programme Sponsorship.
