Biography

Background

I lead on the skills development of our students within PPLS. I manage a programme of activity to establish skills development pathways within the school, develop community building initiatives, promote student representation and support the Peer Assisted Learning and Support Schemes (PALS). 

 

Before joining the University of Edinburgh, I was part of the Youth Engagement team at the British Red Cross for over six years. I became International Youth Volunteering Programme Manager in 2022, coordinating international volunteering placements for young people as part of Erasmus+ and Taith (Welsh Government) schemes. During my time at there I gained a range of experience in supporting the personal and professional development of young people.
