Background

Yuxue Cai received her bachelor's degree in Food Quality and Safety from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Food Technology and Nutrition from RMIT University. She completed her Master’s degree in Food quality and R&D at the University of Leeds. Yuxue is now focusing on the function of regenerative grazing methods on the nitrogen cycle in soils and how regenerative agriculture can do better soil management.
