Behaviour Change Programme Manager

Background

Prior to this role, Lauren (she/her) was on on secondment as the Communications Manager for Community Engagement, within the Department for Social Responsibility and Sustainability (SRS) at the University of Edinburgh. She supported the University in delivering its Community Engagement Strategy, helping to enhance the University’s relations with the city and communities in which it is located. She was also the Communications Manager for the University of Edinburgh Finance Department, where she was responsible for developing and managing the Finance department and wider Corporate Services Group (CSG) communications.

Prior to taking on her the secondment, Lauren was the Student Engagement and Events Projects Coordinator at SRS. This role was focused on engaging students in a number of programmes that further embed social responsibility and sustainability at the University of Edinburgh, and within local and global communities. 

Lauren is a champion for equality, diversity, and inclusion with a commitment to placing a human rights lens on environmental sustainability issues.

Lauren completed her BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Idaho and her MA in International Education from Universidad de Alcalá (UAH) Madrid.
