Background
As Strategic Business Intelligence (BI) Programme Manager, Kate co-leads (with the Head of BI and Projects) on the development, implementation and governance of organisational strategic business intelligence strategy.
In partnership with colleagues in the Strategic Planning BI Team, counterparts in the Information Services Group (ISG) Applications BI Team, and in distributed Planning/BI teams across the University, Kate plays a leading role in ensuring the effective planning, management, governance and delivery of collectively-owned workstreams and data warehouse/BI tool deliverables, joining up cross-University strategic BI activity.
Contributing significantly to Strategic Planning's approach to delivering and supporting strategic business intelligence activity and strategy implementation across the University, including support for alignment of activity where of mutual benefit, and promotion of well-informed, wider engagement with analytical outputs.

Master of Business Administration (MBA with Distinction), University of Edinburgh
Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc with First Class Honours), University of Hertfordshire
