School Office Manager
Julie provides a high level of administrative service and professional advice to PPLS management, in particular the Head of School and the School Director of Professional Services, and to support the delivery of key activities across the School management function. She has overall responsibility for the management of the School Office and its services, co-ordinates School functions across 3 departments. This will include the management of all enquiries, visitors, room bookings and events across the School, ensuring the coordination of services, efficient and effective records management, data protection and business processes, and assisting in planning, coordinating and implementing small-medium projects. Julie manages the local HR processes in relation to maternity, paternity, probationary, annual reviews, academic promotions and grade 10 reviews.
