Business Improvement Manager – Operations
Julie provides a high level of administrative service and professional advice to PPLS management, in particular the Head of School, School Director of Professional Services and Head of Operations, and to support the delivery of key activities across the School management function. Julie plays a critical role in the School’s continuous improvement strategy through leading, coordinating and implementing a pipeline of process improvement projects, which are designed to improve service delivery to our community, ensuring a user led and evidence based approach to improvement. She has overall responsibility for the management of the School Operations Team and the delivery of its services, co-ordinates School functions across 3 departments. This will include the management of all enquiries, visitors, room bookings and events across the School, ensuring the coordination of services, efficient and effective records management, data protection and business processes. Julie manages the local HR processes in relation to maternity, paternity, probationary, annual reviews, academic promotions and grade 10 reviews.
