I am interested in sedentary behaviour and physical activity, intervention development and workplace health.

Project activity

I am currently a Research Fellow on the PHIRST Elevate Team, based across the Physical Activity for Health Research Centre (PAHRC) and the Scottish Collaboration for Public Health Research and Policy (SCPHRP). 

I also take part in various other research and teaching activities as a member of SCPHRP and PAHRC. 

The title of my PhD was: Improving employee wellbeing from the top down: The importance of organisational culture in the planning and delivery of workplace health programmes
