Current research interests

The central theme of our work is understanding how proteins capture, cut, paste, remodel or repair DNA. We are studying the molecular mechanisms of DNA transposition and the repair of protein-DNA complexes. We combine biochemical experiments with integrated structural biology tools, including X-ray Crystallography, Small Angle Scattering, NMR and Fluorescence Spectroscopy.
