Biography

Background

As part of the SRA leadership team, I have particular responsibility for the department's communications and student recruitment activity, much of which is delivered in partnership with the wider University.  I also lead SRA's efforts to ensure that our activities comply with data protection legislation.  I have recently taken on oversight of the enquiry management function that is  currently being developed through the Service Excellence (SEP) Student Recruitment and Admissions Programme,  and I am also Project Sponsor for the SEP Communications and Events project.
