Business Improvement Manager (People)
Amanda is responsible for providing HR and contract-related operational administrative support, guidance and advice through the School of PPLS.
This includes responsibility for all operational HR administration relating to the School’s guaranteed hours teaching staff, providing advice in line within University HR policies and ensuring compliance with set procedures and legalities.
The HR team within PPLS also deal with all recruitment processes within the School assisting both hiring managers and potential candidates.
Amanda also helps support the School's continuous improvement startegy through leading, coordinating and implementing a pipeline of process improvement projects, which are designed to improve service delivery to our community.
