Alex completed his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh in 2021, before completing the MSc in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics in 2022. He is now a first year PhD student studying Labour-Macro and Technological Change.

Alex's research interests are labor-macro and the economics of technological change, with a focus on modeling heterogeneity of assets and the distribution of wealth and inequality.
