The facilitators aim to mix Susan's experiences as an artist and art therapist and Gabriel's as counsellor and facilitator on mindfulness workshops.
The workshop can be described as a 'contained place for making a mess'. The idea is to explore body gestures, intensities and movements and how they can be registered in a visual medium.

This workshop is facilitated by Susan Mackay and Gabriel Soler, both PhD researchers in counselling studies. They aim to open a space for being in contact with the body in movement, aided by music, and use these spontaneous gestures to generate mark-making.
