Biography

Background

Paul Wilson is a PhD Candidate in New Testament and Christian Origins. His current research analyses the Book of Acts through the lens of migration studies. The project hopes to offer greater insight into how the text describes and theologically conceives of  the movement of people within the context of migration in the ancient world.

Paul has been involved in refugee and asylum support in the third sector for over a decade, in both Greece and the United Kingdom. He is also a part-time lecturer in Bible and Theology at Tilsley College in Motherwell.
