Short Film Screening in aid of Syria/Turkey Earthquake Appeal

A group of young Syrians aged 16-21 living in Edinburgh worked alongside Media Education and Syrian Futures | the University of Edinburgh to co-produce 5 short films throughout 2021/22.

The group observed a culture of prejudice and misunderstanding around the lives of refugees in Scotland and produced this resource to change perceptions in high school and colleges.

Following the screening, there will be a chance to chat to the group about the issues raised in films and enjoy some refreshments together.

ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO THE DISASTER EMERGENCY COMMITTEE TURKEY-SYRIA EARTHQUAKE APPEAL
