Update on IT systems outage
We are experiencing widespread technical issues, which we know are affecting multiple services for our staff and students. We are working hard to investigate the cause and restore services as soon as possible.
Update as at 17:10 > All key systems have now been restored.
Update as at 14:45 > Information Services have identified the root cause of the outage and technical teams are now working to restore services.
All scheduled exams will go ahead today (5 May 2023). Contingency plans have been arranged for those undertaking online exams, or who require special arrangements. Those affected will be contacted by their School with further details. Earlier alerts have also been sent to those students and the EdHelp team is available to assist them with queries.
