Senate academic staff member election results announced

A number of seats for academic members of staff on the Senate were open for election this year.

Nominations for elected academic staff members of Senatus Academicus (Senate) opened on 9 February 2022 and have now closed.

The number of nominations received was fewer than the number of vacancies in each category, and therefore the nominees have been elected unopposed.

Congratulations to the new members of Senate, who will take up their roles on 1 August 2022.

Vacant academic staff member positions on Senate are open for election annually.

The next elections will take place in Semester 2, 2023.
