Senate meeting 27 May 2020: Curriculum Reform

All members of staff are warmly invited to the presentation and discussion section of Senate.

The meeting will open with a briefing from the Convener of Senate, Principal and Vice-Chancellor Professor Peter Mathieson, which will include an update on the University’s short, medium and longer term responses to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This will be followed by a presentation and discussion on Curriculum Reform led by Professor Colm Harmon, Vice-Principal Students. This will address plans for Curriculum Reform in the coming year, taking into account the context of the University’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The audience will have opportunities to provide feedback and ask questions following the presentation.

The session will take place on Wednesday 27 May at 2.00pm.

The meeting will take place online. Further details will be sent to participants in advance of the meeting. Places for this event can be booked through MyEd.

In order to allow time for the meeting set-up, registration will close at 5.00pm on Monday 25 May 2020.

Please note that this event will be recorded, and recordings will be made available to staff on request.
