Scotland United Against Trump march
Preparations are in place for a large protest march taking place on Saturday 14 July in Edinburgh.
The march will start at 12pm at Holyrood Palace, continue down Buccleuch Place, pass the Main Library and finish in the Meadows.
The safety and security of our staff and students is a priority, and we are expecting the march to pass off peacefully.
The Main Library will be open as normal on Saturday but with the following security precautions:
- Additional security staff will operate at the main entrance
- In keeping with normal practice presentation of staff and student passes will be required to enter the building
- The rear staff entrance will be closed
- Parking will be suspended on Buccleuch Place. More information about parking restrictions can be downloaded below.
