Staff and students are invited to compete for a £20,000 prize pot in the University’s annual enterprise awards.
The application deadline for the Inspire Launch Grow awards competition is Sunday 2 April 2017.

Rewarding entrepreneurship
The awards recognise University staff, students and graduates who have started a new business or social enterprise, or turned their research into a business opportunity.
The top award is £5000 cash, with smaller sums available for runners-up. In addition to the main prizes, all finalists will receive a set of professional photos, a pop-up banner and a professional video.
The deadline for this year’s competition is midnight on Sunday 2 April 2017.
An awards ceremony will be held on Monday 5 June 2017.

LAUNCH.ed is part of Edinburgh Research & Innovation and is the University’s one stop shop for entrepreneurs.
It is a free service that helps inspire, launch and grow enterprise at the University, and supports both students and staff alike.
It offers advice, events, competitions, access to funding and support to grow entrepreneurial ideas.
