Festive networking event
A festive ‘Holly Jolly’ networking event takes place on Tuesday 6 December to round off the University’s enterprise activities in 2016.
Edinburgh Research & Innovation’s LAUNCH.ed initiative and Enterprise Campus are joining with the Business School’s eClub to host the event.
The event takes place in the Business School between 6:30 and 8:00pm.

Networking sessions
The event will begin with a ‘speed networking’ session for 30-40 minutes, followed by an opportunity for more informal networking over a mince pie and a glass of wine!
The event is open to all Edinburgh staff and students, as well as postgraduate students from all Scottish universities.
Business ideas
The winners of the LAUNCH.ed Business Ideas Competition 2016 will also be announced during the event.
The competition rewards the most promising potential business and social enterprise ideas, based on a 2 minute video pitch submitted by students and graduates of the University about their idea, and judged by a panel of experts. Previous winners have included David Hunter (Shot Scope Technologies) and Kanika Bansal (MediCen Devise).
