Try something new
Staff are encouraged to make the most of Innovative Learning Week (ILW), as booking for events opens.
ILW2014, which takes place 17-21 February, is an opportunity for staff to:
- cross academic boundaries
- get to know colleagues and students better
- challenge themselves
- be creative
- try new things
- have fun
The week offers a chance for staff to explore new ways of working with students, which could be transferred into the regular timetable.

ILW2014 events for staff
Some places on events open to staff may be limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
Support this year’s campaign
A student-focused communication campaign has launched, featuring an online calendar, printed brochure, lamp post wraps and promotions in lectures.
Staff are asked to support the campaign by speaking to students about ILW and encouraging them to visit the ILW web pages to plan their week.
