Insurance cover explained

Staff will have the opportunity to learn about the University’s insurance programme and policies at a half-day conference.

Facilitated by the Insurance Office, the conference will be held on October 10.

It is aimed at any staff member tasked with organising insurance cover for colleagues, students, equipment or resources.

Internal and industry insight

University colleagues and external insurance industry professionals will give presentations aimed at ‘demystifying insurance’.

Speakers will:

  • give an overview of the University’s programme and policies;
  • outline how to organise adequate cover;
  • share insights into potential pitfalls and how to avoid them.
