City link for KB cyclists

A new cycle corridor linking King’s Buildings to George IV Bridge is being proposed by the City of Edinburgh Council.

The proposed bike corridor route will include new cycle lanes and bus lanes.

Changes to parking and loading restrictions along the route will help keep these lanes clear.

Information

Information about the plans will be on display at two sites at King’s Buildings throughout November.

You can visit the University’s James Maxwell Building’s Level-three cafeteria between 15 and 19 November, every day between 9am and 3pm.

The following week, you can visit the Grange Room at King’s Buildings House daily between 9am and 5pm.

The plans will also be on display at Edinburgh’s Newington Library, 17-21 Fountainhall Road, from 15 to 29 November.

Drop-in sessions

Drop-in sessions will take place at the University's King's Buildings campus.

These events will provide University staff with the opportunity to discuss the proposals with Edinburgh Council staff.
