Parking permits for 2010

Staff and students who wish to park in University car parks from 1 January 2010 must apply for a permit by 15 November 2009.

All existing parking permits will expire on 31 December 2009.

Little France permit holders are exempt from this.

You can apply for a permit by accessing the Services tab in MyEd.

A needs-based system

The University operates a Parking Management System to ensure that staff and students with the greatest need to park are able to do so.

Parking in University car parks is by permit only.

The permits are allocated through a needs-based application procedure.

The allocation of permits is reviewed annually.

Reviews consider changes in personal circumstances and the availability of parking spaces.

This system does not apply to parking facilities at University student residences.

These are managed by Accommodation Services.
