Second World War Network (Scotland) Virtual Coffee Morning

The pivot to online conferences and seminars during the pandemic removed the opportunity for the post-event drinks and mid-afternoon coffee breaks that proved so vital for meeting colleagues in the field. On 16 June the Second World War Network (Scotland) (SWWNS) welcomes Postgraduate by Research students to introduce themselves and outline their research (briefly - this is more about meeting others and not giving a paper), before opening up the floor for a wider discussion and chat.

Dr Wendy Ugolini - Co-Founder of SWWNS - will be present at this first event to get a chance to meet you all and hear about your research in Second World War Studies. Bring your beverage of choice and come prepared to make both connections and friends in Second World War Studies across institutions and nations!

To receive the link for the event please register at the Eventbrite link. For further information on the Network or to join the mailing list, please email Project Administrator Emma Forth at eforth@exseed.ed.ac.uk
