Cell Sorting Service

Cell sorters are flow cytometry instruments capable of identifying and isolating cell populations. 

The IRR Flow Cytometry and cell sorting facility offers an operator-based service on these systems.

There are 3 sorters available for booking, each suited to different applications.  We have created a table using both sorter capabilities and staff recommendations to help researchers differentiate their uses.

We recommend that you discuss your experimental requirements with staff before proceeding with experiments that require this service.  However, guidelines are available to help prepare your sample for sorting.
