Background
Rich is the Business Analyst for the Service Excellence Programme Website project which aims to improve the online journey for prospective students. Rich is responsible for designing the new online Prospective Student Zone, for ensuring the quality of the associated user journeys, and for creating and documenting the processes and change governance that the new Prospective Student Web Content Team will follow.
Rich has over twenty years’ experience across a number of IT and business roles within the financial services sector. He recently worked on Service Excellence / Continuous Improvement programmes in both Business Analyst and Change Manager capacities. He previously worked in Technology Incident Management, Problem Management, and System Support roles.
