Clara Calvert

Background

Clara Calvert is an epidemiologist and a Chancellor's Fellow at the University of Edinburgh. Her research predominately focuses on reproductive, maternal and neonatal health, with her most recent work exploring the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on maternal and perinatal health. She has collaborated with a number of international networks including the Analysing Longitudinal Population-based HIV/AIDS data on Africa (ALPHA) network (https://alpha.lshtm.ac.uk/) and the International Perinatal Outcomes in the Pandemic (iPOP) consortium (www.ipopstudy.com).
