College Recognition Awards

Submissions are open for the 2015 College Recognition Awards.

Staff and students in the College of Humanities & Social Science are encouraged to nominate outstanding academic and support staff.

Awards are presented in seven categories:

• Susan Manning Award for an outstanding mentor
• Excellence in engagement with the wider community
• Outstanding leadership
• Outstanding collegiality
• Most effective academic community-building initiative
• Most outstanding team
• Outstanding contribution to the student experience

The winner of each category receives £3,000 for personal or professional development.

Nominations are open until 4 May, and the winners will be announced at a ceremony on 2 October. Nominations can be made by staff or students, and self-nominations are allowed.
