Cashless catering is changing

The University’s Cashless Catering scheme will change to the new UpayChilli system on Monday 3 August 2015.

UpayChilli is intended to offer staff a faster, easier and smarter Cashless Catering system. However loyalty points accrued under the current system and credit stored in users’ web wallets can not be transferred across.

How this affects users

• The current Cashless Catering system will be in use until close of business on Friday 31 July.
• Users will continue to receive loyalty points on purchases until Sunday 31 May.
• Accrued loyalty points should be used by Tuesday 30 June.
• Any money transferred on to user cards or held in web wallets must be used by Friday 31 July.
