Join JogScotland

The University central JogScotland group is holding an open meeting on Wednesday 7 September.

The meeting will take place at 12.30pm in Appleton Tower, Lecture Theatre 1.

The meeting is for anyone who is considering joining one of the University’s JogScotland groups.

The University runs JogScotland groups to support staff members who wish to improve their health and fitness levels through jogging.

The groups provide lunchtime programmes for all stages, from complete beginners to regular runners.
