Bioquarter award briefing

A presentation to be held at the Business School this week will provide guidance and advice to budding medical entrepreneurs planning to enter Edinburgh Bioquarter’s new competition.

The Innovate and Win competition offers prize money of more than £55,000 to University staff and students who submit the best ideas for a medical business derived from scientific research.

Edinburgh Bioquarter’s James Wood will outline the scope of the competition and benefits to those taking part.

The University of Edinburgh Business School’s Dr Adam Bock will discuss the business planning process.

There will also be presentations by biotech entrepreneurs and researchers.
