Annual Mountbatten lecture
Sir Peter Ricketts is to present the annual Mountbatten Lecture next month.
Sir Peter is the Permanent Under Secretary of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
He will deliver a lecture on ‘The Practice of Foreign Policy Through a Recession’.
The public event takes place on Thursday 8 October at the Playfair Library.
