Climate hub to help shape green economy

A University centre that will help create low-carbon jobs and skills could help establish Scotland as a green economy.

The Edinburgh Centre on Climate Change (ECCC) will bring together experts in law, business, technology and policymaking.

Those taking part will help to develop low-carbon business ideas, in a sector that is worth £8.5 billion and forecast to grow to £12 billion by 2015.
