TECP and SJI Hubs' Hybrid Event: Appreciating Social Justice in Medical Education through a Decolonial Lens ─ 9 “P” Personal Insight Perspectives

William Ventres, MD, MA, Distinguished Chair of Rural Family Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, gave us a presentation entitled 'Appreciating Social Justice in Medical Education through a Decolonial Lens: 9 “P” Personal Insight Perspectives.'

SJI Hub and TEAMS Hybrid Workshop: Teaching that Matters for Refugee Students

This hybrid workshop was co-organised by the Social Justice and Inclusion Thematic Hub and the Teaching that Matters for Migrant Students project under the Centre for Research in Education Inclusion and Diversity (CREID). Professor Joanna McIntyre of the University of Nottingham and Dr Sinikka Neuhaus of Lund University gave their presentation on ‘Teaching that matters for refugee students.’ The workshop was aimed at teachers, school staff and others who work with students.
